aaand im hungry again.... i only had a tuna mayo sammich today... didnt get around to dinner (clock broke in my lil workspace and with the radio wacked up i got a little carried away keeping the spotwelding machine up and running.... didnt notice till 20 minutes before the end of my shift i didnt have a break yet)

welp... nearly midnight now... ill just have a beer :)

One of my old employees used to drink Cokes and use chewing tobacco all day long from waking untill getting off of work. Then one massive meal at night. No other food besides that.

He was by far the best, most efficient worker I’ve had, but I don’t know how he did it...

my work diet is water n cigarettes

(coffee before work and.. nowadays a sammich)(and on late shift i get dinner in the cafetaria.... when i dont forget to take my break...)
